Anchor Point Woman Dies From Injuries Sustained In ATV Crash

An ATV rollover last week claimed the life of a woman in Anchor Point.

 

According to the Alaska State Trooper dispatch on the crash, AST was notified of the rollover on Anchor River Road shortly before 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 16. Troopers and EMS responded to the scene and transported 49-year-old Anchor Point resident Erica Bell to an area hospital with serious injuries.

 

An updated dispatch from Tuesday, July 22, said Bell was transported to an Anchorage area hospital “as a result of the injuries she sustained in the collision.”

 

Bell succumbed to her injuries in Anchorage and passed away on Tuesday.

 

Her next of kin have been notified.
