The Kenai Peninsula College will be hosting its annual Winter Health Fair this Wednesday, February 12.
Suzie Kendrick with KPC told us a bit about the health fair and what people who attend can expect.
Kendrick: “They’ll be offering low cost, high quality blood tests, lots of free health screenings, and a variety of general information booths regarding how to take care of yourself a little bit better these days.”
Blood draws will be held from 9am to 1pm and Kendrick stated that people interested having a comprehensive blood panel are encouraged to fast for at least 12 hours beforehand.
The health fair will be held from 9am to 3pm.
