On January 15, a Nikiski resident reported the theft of an antique shotgun and watch to Alaska State Troopers.
According to online trooper reports, 35-year-old Sean Neil reported the theft of the items from his home near Nikiski happened sometime between the afternoon of January 4 and the evening of January 14.
The shotgun was described as an “antique Browning semi-automatic shotgun with some unique lettering on the barrel”.
Alaska State Troopers ask that if anyone knows about the crime or has seen a similar gun to call the Soldotna post at 262-4453 of Peninsula Crimestoppers at 283-8477.
