The Homer High School Roof Replacement Pay-Go Critical Infrastructure Project, Phase 2 and Phase 3 of the Roof Replacement Project, new exterior side on a portion of West Homer Elementary, and critical bridge infrastructure were the capital projects identified.

GMT2 has a 14-acre drilling pad, an 8-mile gravel road, and pipeline facilities connected to the existing infrastructure. The pad is planned to have 36 wells initially, with capacity for up to 48 wells.

Three local entities received competitive tourism marketing grants for the COVID-safe campaign. They include the Kenai Peninsula Tourism Marketing Council ($410,000), Homer Chamber of Commerce and Visitor’s Center ($253,489), and the Seward Chamber of Commerce ($179,000).
