The Southcentral Conference Volleyball Tournament featured six games on Thursday, four opening round games based on tournament seeding and two winner’s bracket games.

State Qualifiers to the 2022 ASAA State Swimming & Diving Championships have been released following the compiling of all region competitions.

SoHi opens tournament play with a first-round game on Thursday at 3 p.m. at Wasilla High School.

The Kenai Kardinal volleyball team earns the #1 seed and is the host school for the 2022 Southcentral Conference Volleyball Championships.

SoHi and Kenai paired athletes in varsity and exhibition matches.

All sports and outdoor gear is welcome with donated items and proceeds going to the KCHS Nordic Ski Team Booster Club.

Kenai’s Bridger Beck was named the Offensive Player of the Game for the winning Silver team.  SoHi’s Joe Whittom was a team captain for the Silver team.

A single Midwest Division contest opens the November schedule with Kenai River hosting the Minnesota Wilderness in a Friday night contest at the Soldotna Regional Sports Complex on November 5th.

Soldotna High School received eight defensive and five offensive all-state selections.

The annual Top Dog Wrestling Tournament, hosted by Nikiski High School, featured wrestlers from 22 teams in two-days of high school wrestling at Nikiski High School.
