The Kenai Kardinal Cheer Squad earned the Peninsula Conference: All-Conference Team award with Kenai Cheer coach Brianna Force named the Peninsula Conference Cheer Coach of the Year.

Ituau Tuisaula, sophomore at Peninsula College, lead her Pirates women’s basketball team to the NWAC North Region Championship and was named the North Region Most Valuable Player (MVP).

Galen Brantley III, SoHi Class of 2020, placed third overall in the men’s 16-pound shot put event at the 2023 NAIA Indoor Track and Field National Championships.

The Skyview Middle School wrestlers combined for nine individual championships, Kenai Middle School and Nikiski recorded single individual champions.
