While the Governor’s office says they will not allocate state resources to predict possible marijuana revenue, public hearing on ballot measure 2 have begun across Alaska.
Lt. Gov. Mead Treadwell ran a meeting in Nome on Tuesday, where public testimony was taken and discussed by authorities on the issue.

There was a hearing held in Barrow yesterday, but the closest public hearing to the Kenai Peninsula will be in Anchorage on September 23.
