The Revolution Sport & Spine Therapy Al Howard Shootout Basketball Tournament opens competition at Soldotna High School on Thursday, January 26th with three days of round robin tournament play.
The Al Howard Shootout girls bracket features the #1 girls basketball team in Alaska, the reigning 4A state champion Anchorage Christian School Lions,; the Juneau Douglas Crimson Bears, representing Southeast; the undefeated, 11-0, Kenai Kardinal girls and the host SoHi Stars.
The boys bracket has a matching field of ACS, Juneau, Kenai and SoHi.
All games involving SoHi and Kenai will be broadcast on ESPN 1140AM, 96.9FM and streamed live at radiokenai.com.
SoHi vs ACS: Northern Lights Conference
The Soldotna Stars host Anchorage Christian School on Wednesday, January 25th in NLC basketball action with the girls varsity at 6 p.m. and the boys to follow at 7:30 p.m. Game will be broadcast on ESPN 1140AM, 96.9FM and streamed live at radiokenai.com.
