The Binkley Project is tentatively scheduled to close the Marydale Avenue intersection August 27th.
Moving in to Phase 3 of the project will have two sections of Binkley closed, however the Corral Street intersection will remain open and patrons going to businesses between Corral and Marydale should use that intersection for access.
The other section closed will be Park Avenue to Shady Lane and the Park intersection will be open.
Project Manager Lee Frey said the closed roads only affect through traffic, all businesses are still able to be accessed.
Frey: “We’re not making any businesses close at this time so all businesses still have their accesses open at this time and are open for business, we just wanted to make that known because some businesses that are a little concerned with the traffic around there and people not driving past as they are used to.”
