The Alaska Board of Game has extended the deadline for proposed changes regarding hunting, trapping and use of game statewide regulations to June 23, 2015.
The board also expanded the call for proposals to included statewide Dall Sheep hunting seasons and bag limits for Dall sheep.
The board has also scheduled a special meeting for 3:00 pm on Thursday, May 28 to discuss the use of aircraft during Dall sheep hunting seasons.
Fitting proposals will be reviewed by the board at their Fairbanks meeting scheduled for March 18-28, 2016.
