At the September 2 Kenai Peninsula Borough Assembly meeting, an ordinance to acquire property at 146 W. Corral Ave will be considered.
Soldotna Assembly Member Dale Bagley said the property would be .31 of an acre.
The ordinance states that if the assembly approves, an agreement has been reached to purchase the property at the assessed value of $134,300.
Also on the full agenda for this evening is an introduction of the resolution to request the Board of Fisheries’ Upper Cook Inlet Finfish Meeting 2017 to be held on the Kenai Peninsula.
That meeting will begin at 6 pm in the Assembly Chambers in Soldotna.
