For anyone with lingering flood questions, a Flood Aware Fair will be held this Friday at the Kenai River Center on Funny River Road.
The Kenai Peninsula Borough’s Dan Nelson said there will be representatives from the Borough, State Divisions of Environmental Conservation and Homeland Security, and NOAA River Watch.
Nelson: “People are free to come in and speak with any of the particular agencies that interest them, kind of an all or none. So it is completely open there is nothing scheduled, so come on in and talk with whoever you have a specific interest in.”
The various agency representatives will be set up at tables where people can address their questions and concerns.
The Flood Aware Fair will happen Friday, April 4 from 11 am to 2 pm and again from 4 pm to 7 pm.
