The 2015 Junior A hockey season is fast approaching and the Kenai River Brown Bears are in full training mode for the upcoming season.
The Brown Bears will host the Brown & Gold intrasquad hockey game on Friday, August 28th at the Soldotna Regional Sports Complex. Game time scheduled for 7:30 p.m.
A player meet and greet is set from 5:30 to 6:15 p.m. and free food will be available from 6:15 to 7:15 p.m.
The Brown & Gold event is free.
Brown Bears Players’ Golf Tournament
The Brown Bears Players’ Golf Tournament will be Sunday, August 30th at the Bird Homestead Golf Course. Registration is at 8 a.m., with a shotgun start is at 9 a.m. The tournament gives fans an opportunity to play a round of golf on a team including Brown Bears players.
