Safe Kids Kenai Peninsula is conducting a car seat certification course from November 1 through November 3. The course is 24 hours of instruction including seat belt systems, crash dynamics and the multitude of car seats.
The course culminates with a car seat event which is being held at the Central Emergency Services station #1 located at 231 South Binkley Street in Soldotna. The event is from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. on Friday, November 3rd.
If you would like to have your child’s car seat set up checked, and/or are thinking it may be time for the next step, please swing by the event. It is free and no appointments are necessary. Brand new car seats will be on hand at a very reduced cost. The more participants the merrier!
