Chinooks Defeat Oilers Tuesday

The Peninsula Oilers lost to the Chugiak-Eagle River Chinooks on Tuesday 8-5 at Lee Jordan Field in Chugiak.

 

Now last in the ABL, the Oilers took the lead in the first inning, but the Chinooks added tow runs in the bottom of the inning.

 

The Oilers scored a run in the second and one run in the fourth.

 

Chinooks added one run in the fourth and then scored four runs in the fifth and another in the sixth.

 

Kenai scored two runs in the seventh inning, but it was not enough and the Chinooks win 8-5.
