The Cook Inlet Academy co-ed soccer team played to a 1-1 draw on Friday with Our Lady of the Valley at the Kenai Sports Complex field. Captain Isaac Johnson scored from a Noah Castenholz’s corner kick early in the second half to tie the game at 1-1.
On Saturday, The Eagles fell 4-2 to Tri-Valley with Noah Castenholz scoring a pair of goals for the Eagles.
Cook Inlet Academy hosts three games this week, including Nenana on Thursday, Su-Valley on Friday, and Birchwood Christian on Saturday. All games are scheduled for the Kenai Sports Complex.
