The annual Nikiski Class Races, a high school cross country running event which allows for competition divided between freshman-sophomores and juniors-seniors, were contested on the Nikiski High School trails on Monday.
Unique in format, the Nikiski Class Races included teams runners from Nikiski, Kenai, SoHi, Seward, Kotzebue and Grace Christian School. Four divisions winners were determined and Grace Christian won the team title in both the girls and boys overall.
