Volleyball teams from the Valley, Colony, Palmer and Wasilla, will challenge Kenai and Soldotna in Northern Lights Conference volleyball contests throughout the week.
On Wednesday, the Kardinals downed Colony in a four game match 25-21, 25-16, 22-25 and 25-20. Abby Beck lead the Kards with 22 kills.
Thursday featured a pair of contests. SoHi defeated Colony in three-straight 25-15, 25-13, 25-22. Kenai fell to Palmer in four games 21-25, 24-26, 25-18 and 17-25.
