The 2016 Northern Lights Conference Volleyball Tournament closes-out play on Saturday with Wasilla, Palmer and Colony earning berths to the 4A State Volleyball Championships based on wins on Friday.

Colony will play the winner of Wasilla vs Palmer for the Northern Lights Conference championship, Saturday afternoon.
Kenai defeated the SoHi Stars 3-2 (25-22, 18-25, 19-25, 25-22, 17-15) on Friday morning, eliminating the Stars from the conference tournament.
Kenai fell in their second game on Friday to the Wasilla Warriors 3-0 (25-12, 25-12, 25-23), eliminating the Kardinal girls.
