The State Department of Transportation says Avalanche Hazard Reduction work will be performed on the Seward Highway Friday, March 30th from mile 80 to 100.
The DOT warns of road closures, short delays, and traffic stops. They’re asking motorists to be prepared to stop and watch for maintenance equipment on the roadway.
Motorists should expect delays of up to 1 hour between 8:30am and 1pm.
