The National Weather Service in Anchorage reports a Dense Fog Advisory is in effect until 10:00 a.m. this morning along the Sterling Highway from Anchor Point through the Kenai/Soldotna area. Visibility, as a result of the dense fog, is one quarter mile or less.

Affected areas, due to the dense fog, include the Sterling Highway from Anchor Point through Kenai/Soldotna, portions of the Kenai Spur Highway, portions of Kalifornsky Beach Road, and Bridge Access Road.

Driving conditions could be hazardous as a result of the low visibility.

A Dense Fog Advisory means visibilities will be frequently reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
