Alaska State Troopers are reminding adults to be responsible with their witch’s brew this Halloween.
Spokeswoman Megan Peters…
Peters: “If you have a plan to go out and party, have a plan to get home safe and make it so that anyone that’s driving with you or around you or anything else, it’s a sober time on the roadways.”
She says whether it’s alcohol, prescription drugs, or newly legalized recreational marijuana, Troopers will have an eye out for drivers under the influence.
According to the Department of Public Safety, the average cost of a first DUI charge is around $24,265, not to mention the potential of a loss of life.
