The Soldotna Chamber of Commerce’s March 31 luncheon will be looking forward to construction season.

Murray: “We’re going to be talking to a representative from the Alaska Department of Transportation about some upcoming paving projects they have.”
As we previously reported, Kenai Peninsula Projects Manager Shannon McCarthy with DOT said one of this year’s the larger undertakings will be a resurfacing project from mile 135 to 150 near Ninilchik.
Murray said she was not sure who from the DOT would be speaking at the luncheon tomorrow.
Tuesday’s chamber luncheon will be held in Soldotna at Froso’s at noon.
