A Kenai man was arrested after hitting the Soldotna McDonald’s with his vehicle.
Soldotna Police responded to the restaurant chain on Tuesday, May 19 after a report that the building had been hit with a pickup.
Investigation led to the arrest of 28 year-old Ryan Witte of Kenai on charges of driving under the influence of drugs and two counts of misconduct involving weapons in the fourth degree.
There was another charge of theft in the second degree after a stolen semi-automatic pistol was found int he vehicle.
Witte was taken to Wildwood without bail and the vehicle was impounded for further investigation.
