Early offense for the SoHi softball team, the Stars pounding-out three runs in the first inning and a pair of runs in the second, pushed SoHi to an 11-6 Northern Lights Conference softball victory over the Kenai Kardinals on Thursday at the Soldotna Little League complex.
Brook Fischer lead the Stars offensive attack with three, first inning RBI on a double to center field; Fischer finished the game with three doubles and six RBI. Bailey Conner scored four runs for SoHi; Emily Hinz added three hits and two runs scored.
Miah Mead pitched a complete game for the Stars. 
For Kenai, Maggie Grenier recorded three hits and three runs; Zoey Riley added three runs on two hits.
