Freezer Food Series Closes Fat Tire Races: Ski Series Begins Sunday On Tsalteshi Trails

The Tsalteshi Trails Freezer Food Series enters January and enters the third segment of races with ski events featured for the month of January.  With running and fat tire racing completed,  skiers take to the trails for Freezer Food Series Race #9 on Sunday on the Tsalteshi Trails.

 

The ski series opens with a short sprint course of Moose, Wolf, and Beaver before ramping up for the longer week two ski event.  Skiers are to meet at the Skyview trailhead near the wax shack on Sunday for registration.  Registration begins at 2:30 p.m. with race start set for 3:00 p.m.  Online advance registration is still available at:  https://members.tsalteshi.org/event-3683630

Non-perishable food donations are encouraged to help support area food bank.

Freezer Food Series – Format

The 2019-2020 series will go three months with a fresh event focus for each one:

November: Run Month

December: Fat Bike Month

January: Ski Month

Series Finale: Winter Triathlon (Run/Bike/Ski)
