Sportsman’s Warehouse Holdings, Inc. is joining the Great American Outdoors Group as a way to better serve people who love the outdoors.
Sportsman’s Warehouse sells apparel, footwear, and gear which caters to sports enthusiasts with interests in hunting, fishing, camping, shooting and other recreational activities. Great American Outdoors Group is the parent company of Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s. The news was originally announced on December 21, 2020.
Sportsman’s Warehouse will be acquired for $18.00 a share.
There are several Sportsman’s Warehouse locations in Alaska. They include Soldotna, Anchorage, Wasilla, Fairbanks and Juneau.
