Homer Electric Association’s Annual Meeting will be held at Homer High School tomorrow (Thursday), May 7.

 

Joe Gallagher with HEA said registration will open at 4:30.

Gallagher: “The annual meeting consists of several informational booths that will be in the high school commons area, we’ll also be featuring some good food and refreshments as well and then at 6 o’clock we will convene in the auditorium for the business meeting. At the business meeting there will be an update by our general manager, we will be awarding and announcing scholarship winners and of course we will also have the election results for the Board of Directors.  So it should be a very informational meeting and we hope everyone will attend.” 

 

There will also be a prize drawing for a free year of electricity. Gallagher said members will need to bring a form of identification to register.
