HEA Board Of Directors Election Voting Open

The 2025 HEA Board of Directors Election opened for voting on March 28, 2025. Members can vote in one of three ways: (1) online through the Election Portal, (2) by requesting a paper mail-in ballot, or (3) in person at the Annual Meeting on May 1, 2025, from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

 

Members with a valid email received their credentials for the online portal, while those without an email on file were mailed a letter with their credentials. Mail-in ballots were sent to members who requested them.

 

The Election Portal will close at 5:00 p.m. on April 30, 2025. Paper ballots must be returned in a signed envelope and received by the Election Vendor by this time.

 

Members who vote online before the April 30 deadline will be entered into a prize drawing.

 

HEA cannot accept paper ballots delivered in person or via drop boxes.

 

Members can visit the HEA website or call Member Services at (800) 478-8551 to request a paper ballot.
