Homer Electric Association’s board nomination period for the 2025 Election to the Board of Directors closed at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 28. Seven candidates submitted completed candidate applications and were certified to appear on the 2025 Ballot.

HEA Members will have the opportunity to vote for a candidate to serve on HEA’s Board of Directors within the Member’s district of residence starting Mar. 28. A ballot may be cast electronically through HEA’s online voting portal, by requesting a mail-in ballot, or in person at HEA’s Annual Meeting.
Results of HEA’s 2025 Election for the Board of Directors will be announced at the 2025 Annual Meeting of the Members on May 1 at Kenai Central High School.
