A power outage that began at 7:02 am on Irish Hills Avenue affected about 31 Homer Electric Association Members.
HEA’s Joe Gallagher said the outage was caused by a bad insulator on the power pole.
The outage was located near Mile 104 of the Sterling Highway between Soldotna and Kasilof.
Power was restored to the members by 10:00 am.
