Garcia: “Healthcare experience. Basically counsellors, nurses, medical directors, physician’s assistants, doctors, those are the type of jobs that the Hospital, Kenaitze, Peninsula Community Health Services, those are the types of jobs that they are looking for and so all these people require is some four year or even four plus year degrees, so that is what’s going on right now.”
She added that healthcare professionals with four year degrees versus two year degrees are particularly hard to find.
