Alaska State Troopers responded to a report of a man threatening a wedding party near mile 18 of East End Road in Homer Monday, June 9.
Troopers found that 38 year old Joseph Kuzmin had threatened to kill members of the wedding with a gun.
Kuzmin was arrested and transported to the Homer Jail on the charges of Terroristic Threatening in the 2nd degree and remanded with no bail.
