House Finance to Hear Comparisons of Three Permanent Fund Bills

At 1:30 pm Monday, the House Finance Committee will hear a presentation comparing the three bills regarding usage of the Permanent Fund that are currently working their way through the legislature.

 

Legislative Finance Director David Teal will compare the governor’s House Bill 245, Senator Lesil McGuire’s Senate Bill 114, and Representative Mike Hawkers’ HB 224.

 

Anyone interested can tune in by going to the Alaska Legislature’s webpage, clicking the “Live Now” tab at 1:30 pm, and opening the House Finance meeting, for an in depth explanation of each bill, along with the differences between them.
