The State House has cancelled a hearing scheduled for this afternoon on the operating budget.
Calls to Speaker Mike Chenault were not immediately returned.
A press release sent by Rep. Paul Seaton read, “The public testimony on HB 2002 scheduled for 2:00 pm has been canceled. No other public testimony has been scheduled at this time, but you can check BASIS for updated schedules or call our office at 235-2921 to check in.
The House Finance Committee is still scheduled to hear HB 2002 at the call of the chair. You can submit written testimony at the address below.
