Investigation leads to Arrest for Multiple Theft and Forgery Charges

An Alaska State Trooper investigation led to the arrest of a Kenai woman for multiple charges regarding theft and forgery.

 

Soldotna based troopers contacted 22 year-old Elizabeth Miller of Kenai at a residence in Soldotna on January 9.

 

She was arrested on the charged of theft in the second degree, forgery in the first degree, attempted fraudulent use of an access device amounting to less than $750 and attempted theft in the fourth degree.

 

Miller’s charges stem from investigation of a report she had stolen numerous electronics and a check which she attempted to cash at a Soldotna bank.

 

She was transported and remanded at Wildwood pre-trial without bail.
