The Internal Revenue Service will conduct a sealed bid sale on Thursday, October 28, at 10 a.m. selling eight real estate properties in Alaska, including three on the Kenai Peninsula.
The place of sale is the IRS offices at 225 W. Broadway, 2nd Floor, in Glendale, CA.
Item scheduled for auction are the following:
- Unimproved, property, 0.35 acres, located at 32500 Sterling Highway Sterling, AK 99672. PIN 06544004, Kenai Peninsula Borough. Minimum Bid: $6,675.44
- Unimproved property, 3.08 acres. PIN: 19147011, Kenai Peninsula Borough. Minimum Bid: $16,849.66.
- Improved property, 2.50 acres with 482 square foot cabin located at 58170 Eagleaerie Ave Homer, AK 99603. PIN: 17135018, Kenai Peninsula Borough. Minimum Bid: $47,316.44.
- Improved property, 15.41 acres with log cabin built in 1974. PIN: 72544, Matanuska-Susitna Borough Account Number 23N04W19C005 and unimproved property, 136.51 acres, located in Talkeetna, AK 99676. PIN: 57324, Matanuska-Susitna Borough Account Number 23N04W19A001. Total Minimum Bid: $77,010.25 (two parcels sold together)
- Unimproved property, 5.52 acres located at 5620 S. Jami Ln. Wasilla, AK 99654. PIN: 34664, Matanuska-Susitna Borough Account Number 17N03W31D018. Minimum Bid: $17,113.60.

- Improved property, 1.22 acres with 1120 square foot cabin built in 1993, located on Trigg Island on Lake Louise, AK. PIN: 49019, Matanuska-Susitna Borough Account Number 6543B01L003. Minimum Bid: $35,694.30.
All sealed bids must be submitted on IRS Form 2222, Sealed Bid for Purchase of Seized Property prior to the auction time of 10 a.m., October 28, 2021. Payments must be by certified cashier’s or treasurer’s check drawn on any bank or trust company incorporated under the laws of the United States or under the laws of any State, Territory, or possession of the United States. Payment can also be made by United States postal, bank or express money order. Make check or money order payable to the United States Treasury.
