A fourth person has been arrested after a public tip last week pointed Troopers to a stolen car and motorcycle.
27-year-old Jennifer Recha of Kasilof was supposed to the third party custodian for 33-year-old Paul Robson, but when Robson was located at the drug bust on Beaver Loop last Wednesday, Recha was immediately guilty of not notifying law enforcement when he left her presence.
Recha was contacted at a residence near Mile 4 of K-Beach Road in Kasilof. During the investigation, Troopers also recovered a 2000 Dodge Intrepid recently stolen from Soldotna. Recha was further found in possession of controlled substances.
She faces a slew of drug charges and charges relating to violating the duties of a custodian.
