The Kenai Fire Department responded to a report of smoke at the Kenaitze Indian Tribe’s administration building yesterday.
Firefighters found a fire on the outer wall of the structure which was quickly contained to the area of origin, which appeared to be an electrical outlet.
There were no injuries and everyone had been safely evacuated from the building.
Nikiski Fire Department was also on scene with their ladder truck.
