Kenai Continues Southeast Basketball Swing In Sitka

The Kenai Kardinals battled Mt. Edgecumbe for a second night and again dropped both contests to the Braves at Mt. Edgecumbe High School.  Kenai moves to Sitka High School for games on Friday and Saturday against the Wolves.

 

Kenai Girls 28 – Mt. Edgecumbe 41

The Kenai girls trailed 25-14 at the half and 38-21 after three quarters as Mt. Edgecumbe downed Kenai 41-28.  Kailey Hamilton lead the Kards with eight points.

Kenai Boys 40 -Mt. Edgecumbe 42

The Kenai boys rallied from a 23-12 halftime deficit to pull to within three points after three quarters before falling to the Braves 42-40.  Evan Stockton lead Kenai with 15 points.
