A Kenai man was issued a summons for indecent exposure to the second degree Wednesday evening.
Kenai police responded to a reportedly intoxicated male at a residence in Kenai on May 20 around 6:45 pm.
Reports said he was lying in the grass at a residence, exposing himself to bystanders.
Officers issued 51 year-old Anthony Gilliard a summons for indecent exposure to the second degree.
