The Kenai Peninsula Association of REALTORS® has named Natalia Aulenbacher the 2022 REALTOR® of the Year in a recent ceremony. The Kenai Peninsula Association of REALTORS® is a nonprofit organization that aims to ensure professionalism, protect property rights, promote the ownership of real property, and help members achieve success.
The award was presented by the 2021 REALTOR® of the year, Melissa Daugherty, who told KSRM:
“Natalia’s one that always jumps up to help with anything that’s asked of her or asked of the membership at large. Some of the things she is, she’s our chairperson for our education committee. She’s also on the board. She has been on the last two conventions that we put together, the Sports Show, she helps with the dog park, helps with cleanup days, and the list goes on and on.”
Aulenbacher lays out her priorities as REALTOR® of the year:
“I think just continuing to try to advocate for the REALTOR® association and really, I feel that actions speak louder than words. Just continuing to be a role model and helping people achieve their dream of home ownership in Alaska.”
Aulenbacher adds:
“I think one of the best things that I can be is an advocate for why Alaska is so beautiful. I still love driving from Soldotna to Anchorage, that’s one of my favorite drives, going through and how beautiful it is when the mountains hit the ocean. I think, too, folks really learn what is new down here for adventures and fishing and rafting and hiking, gives them that sense of adventure and wonder and it helps them fall in love with Alaska.”
Aulenbacher reiterates that her priority is:
“For me it’s always really learning, too, about what your goals are and what’s important to you, because I really don’t care about the money part. I care what’s priority for your property. That’s really why I always say that my priority is your property.”
