KPB will conduct a live, in-person-only outcry auction of tax-foreclosed real property on Saturday, Oct. 5, in the Soldotna High School Auditorium. In-person bid registration will open at 8:00 a.m., and the sale will commence at approximately 9:00 a.m.
This land sale will be limited to Alaska residents only. As a condition of bidder registration, bidders and/or bidder representatives must provide a valid Alaska driver’s license or state-issued identification as proof of Alaska residency.
All parcels offered for sale at this tax foreclosure auction are being offered and sold on an “as is, where is” basis only.
