Since absentee in-voting opened on October 20, Kenai City Clerk Sandra Modigh said they have seen a steady stream of voters.
Modigh: ” The only voter turnout that I have access to currently is our absentee voter in person here at City hall and we seem to have had a pretty good stream of individuals throughout the two weeks that absentee has been open.”
She also outlined the three Kenai polling locations that are open until 8 pm tonight.
Modigh: “We have three different precincts within the Kenai City limits, we have the Challenger Learning Center, the Senior Center, and also at the old Carrs Mall, in addition to our absentee in-voting, there’s also absentee in-voting at the borough building[in Soldotna] as well.”
