Difficulties with staffing and filling positions have lead Kathy Romain, the Senior Center Director and Christine Cunningham, the Acting Human Resources Director, to begin the process of reclassifying their employee positions.
Kenai City Council Vice President James Baisden raised the question of how this would affect recruitment and the employees already in place.
Removing the data entry clerk position, consolidating the meals driver and driver classes, and adjusting the ranges of driver, kitchen assistant, and cook positions at the Kenai Senior Center, Romain will be assisted in finding quality drivers and employees.
