The Homer Mariners recorded a Southcentral Conference road victory on Tuesday at Kenai Central defeating the Kardinals three games to one. Homer won game one 25-18; Kenai took game two 25-19; the Mariners closed-out the match 25-20 and 25-20.
Marina Carroll lead the Mariners with five aces and 8 kills. Kenai’s Bethany Morris recorded 13 kills for the Kardinals. Kenai stands a 0-1 in conference play; Homer stands at 2-0 in the Southcentral Conference.
