Remote Learning in the Central Peninsula and Southern Peninsula has been extended by the Kenai Peninsula Borough School District through Friday, October 30. A further determination of a possible additional extension will be made at that time.

That includes 17 schools on the Central Peninsula, not including Cooper Landing. It also includes 13 schools in the Southern Peninsula. Schools will be in-touch with families, and parents are able to contact schools for school-specific information.

Thursday, October 29, and Friday, October 30, are parent-teacher conferences, with no school for students or Get-It-And-Go Meals.

Eastern Kenai Peninsula schools, the Seward area, will see a decision made Friday, October 23, about return to onsite-at-school learning options as soon as October 26.
