U.S. Senator Lisa Murkowski will be on the Kenai Peninsula this week for a town hall meeting.

Kendrick: “So we’re very happy to be hosting her here. We’ve had a lot of improvements to our facilities since her last visit so she’ll be taking a quick tour of our new housing facility as well as our new career and technical education center. There’s a lot of talk these days about work force development education and we’ll be really happy to show her the additions to our campus.”
After her tour of those campus features on April 3, Sen. Murkowski has scheduled a short town hall meeting from 3:00 – 3:30 pm.
Following that town hall meeting Murkowski plans to attend KPC’s 3rd Annual Advice and Slice, which will begin at 4 pm.
