The Kenai Police Department arrested a man wanted by the Alaska State Troopers after they responded to Safeway at 1:58 pm November 11 to the report of a wanted person.
Officers subsequently arrested 28 year-old Timothy Fitzpatrick of Kenai who was wanted for a $500 warrant from the Troopers for Failure to Comply with screening on the original charges of Petition to Revoke Probation.
Fitzpatrick was transported to Wildwood Pretrial Facility.
