Sen. Huggins(R-Wasilla): “In my estimation, the relationship between the Senate President and the Speaker is very good. And the result of that is the relationship and communication between the House and the Senate is very good. To give due credit, the communications between the two Legislative bodies and the Administration is getting better, but it needs to get a lot better. One of the beauties of, let’s take the Medicaid bill for example that Senator Stedman’s going to have, that causes communications on the issue.”
Huggins said the Medicaid bill will ensure the discussion happens “transparently” and “publicly.”
